Reduces the insufferable range, health and movement speed on certain mobs, tweaks projectile extras.
Rapid melee? Come on. Player is affected by weapon spread and they're not. Also tweaks another extra projectile variable on a late stage npc mob
Tweaks here and there, speed tweaks
Modifies extra_projectiles variables on late stage bosses and adds range_cooldown_time variables to them, also fixes the movement speeds on these bosses so that they aren't just able to speed up to the player unfairly
Readjusts health, adds and readjusts proper movement delay values, makes the Renegade Boss produce loot on death, readjusts armor penetration values on late stage renegade bosses
fixes a vision range on a long range renegade variant

About The Pull Request
Unfortunately, there are many cases where Renegade NPCs are insufferable to fight against or outright unfair to combat. This PR will hopefully address some of those issues. I have tested these values on a local host.
Why It's Good For The Game
Some of the renegade mobs, specifically the Meister, Heavy and Boss have inappropriate speed delays, lack of attack delays and cracked aggro sight ranges that allow them to see and snipe you an entire screen away with a volley of projectiles. There has been at least once instance where a Renegade Heavy and Renegade Boss got lured out into an open space then sniped people off screen, giving them no chance to react. This has resulted in an entire faction getting permanently wiped for the rest of the round without any recourse.
It's one thing for certain NPCs to have plenty of health to denote their status as major threats but being unable to evade them, not even being able to properly take them on with a group, let alone these boss NPCs having weapons inappropriate for off screen sniping is unacceptable. This especially proves the case with aggro tethers and the fact that mob trains tend to be impossible to take on even with groups.
If staff aren't pleased with these adjustments, I will make readjustments where necessary. However I have no reason to believe that players will be okay with getting sniped off screen by NPC mobs shooting at them with zero spread.

balance: Novice and intermediate Renegade NPC mobs have received tweaks in health to deviate from being bullet sponges and akin to living people in armor, considering that they're more often than not out-DPSing you in a direct fight
add: Renegade Boss now drops reward loot on death
